Strategy & Transformation Advisor (Enterprise Commerce Architecture)

What you'll do

• Lead architecture advisory and executive workshops for complex, multi-product Stripe deployments and enterprise pursuits.
• Assess customer commerce and technology landscapes and develop target-state architecture principles, integration guidance, and phased transformation roadmaps.
• Advise customer and Stripe stakeholders on architecture trade-offs, support complex integration escalations, and share recurring customer needs with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

What they ask for

• 12+ years in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, digital transformation, management consulting, or senior technical advisory roles.
• Significant experience advising large enterprises on complex technology transformation; ability to engage credibly with C-suite and VP-level leaders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise commerce architecture and strong knowledge of API-first integration, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms, data flows, and enterprise operating models.
• Working knowledge of payments and financial infrastructure, plus demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous cross-functional engagements from discovery through recommendations and roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Experience with Stripe or comparable payments and financial-infrastructure platforms.
• Experience in complex commerce environments or with enterprise architecture methods, data architecture, AI-enabled financial operations, or senior customer advisory.
