Own customer onboarding and implementation, integrate Stuut with ERP and workflow systems, and build custom solutions that deliver measurable results.
What you'll do
- Lead customer onboarding and implementations from setup through integration and launch; travel to client sites.
- Build integrations, scripts, automations, and custom solutions; improve deployment workflows and create documentation and internal tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, sharing customer feedback to shape the roadmap.
