About the job
Build and lead Substack’s People function, shaping the strategy and programs for hiring, developing, rewarding, and supporting employees as the company grows.
What you'll do
- Partner with leadership on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Lead recruiting and People programs, including compensation, benefits, performance reviews, learning and development, and employee experience.
- Develop the People team, advise and coach managers, oversee employee relations, and use people analytics to guide decisions and support compliance.
