Robotics Systems Software Integration Engineer

What you'll do

• Assemble reproducible releases, manage release cadence, and coordinate scope and readiness across teams.
• Maintain regression, stress, and endurance testing; investigate failures and drive fixes through retest.
• Deploy releases to fleets and customer robots, monitor field health, and communicate changes.

What they ask for

• 3+ years shipping software for robots, vehicles, or other complex products where software meets hardware.
• Proficiency in Python or C++, and ability to debug code across a large codebase.
• Fluency with git branching, merging, cherry-picking, release branch management, and continuous integration systems.
• Experience defining system test plans and pass or fail criteria; strong debugging, cross-team coordination, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying software to device fleets, including staged rollouts and rollback; hardware-in-the-loop or automated on-device testing.
• Familiarity with real-time robot software or experience in release engineering, quality assurance, or technical program management.

$150K – $300K (base salary)
