What you'll do
- Build and lead Trust & Safety teams and programs, including operations, policy, vendors, quality, and training.
- Own enforcement performance and economics, including automation, accuracy, costs, queues, and vendor strategy.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, ML, and Legal on AI-assisted enforcement, music-rights workflows, and regulatory readiness.
