What you'll do
- Configure AI sourcing tools and build automated recruiting workflows and platform integrations.
- Develop screening prompts, outreach sequences, and measurable funnel reporting; optimize performance and quality.
- Partner with the talent team and engineering, document workflows, and train the team to run them.
