Serves as SuperDial’s legal partner, handling commercial contracts and advising across corporate, employment, privacy, healthcare, product, compliance, and general business matters.
What you'll do
- Drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial agreements and supports enterprise customer negotiations.
- Advises business leaders and teams on corporate, employment, product, privacy, healthcare, and compliance matters.
- Builds legal processes and infrastructure, manages outside counsel, and supports disputes and emerging risks.
