About the job
Owns end-to-end email design across member communications, creating clear, on-brand emails that encourage action and improve performance.
What you'll do
- Design lifecycle, automated, campaign, newsletter, transactional, and product-launch emails; build reusable templates and components.
- Collaborate with content and design teams on email structure, copy and visuals, and brand alignment.
- Use performance data and testing to improve email designs, accounting for mobile, dark mode, and email-client rendering.
