About the job
Develops and leads Superpower’s in-person events program, from creative concept and production through guest experience, follow-up, and evaluation.
What you'll do
- Plan event audiences, occasions, formats, concepts, programming, and guest journeys in collaboration with Brand and other teams.
- Manage budgets, timelines, venues, vendors, partners, and on-site delivery, including contingency planning.
- Extend event impact through content and guest follow-up, then assess feedback, engagement, costs, and business outcomes to improve future events.
