What you'll do
- Improve blood draw, diagnostic, and vendor operations, including service reliability, performance, and costs.
- Forecast demand and build staffing, workflows, and automation to increase operational capacity and efficiency.
- Launch and scale new services and B2B processes, establishing vendors, staffing, and repeatable operating procedures.
