About the job
Owns Supio’s security and compliance platform while building and operating production infrastructure as part of the DevOps team.
What you'll do
- Own SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR programs, including automated evidence collection, remediation, and continuous control monitoring.
- Build and run cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability infrastructure; write production tooling and automation.
- Manage identity and access controls and remediate vulnerabilities across infrastructure and application code.

- 5+ years in infrastructure, platform, or SRE engineering, with direct ownership of security and compliance at a large organization with an established program.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Hands-on engineering experience taking systems through SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR audits; proven CVE remediation experience across infrastructure and software.
- Experience designing and operating cloud IAM and access controls; ability to ship production code.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with automated security and compliance tooling, such as Vanta, SAST/SCA scanners, or policy as code; experience with AI governance frameworks.
- Open-source contributions in security or infrastructure, or experience in a PII/PHI-heavy industry.
Pay
$180,000 – $220,000 annually (USD, base salary)
