What you'll do

• Establish and expand scalable customer support and value-delivery systems, products, and processes, coordinating feature implementation with engineering.
• Drive multiple simultaneous cross-functional projects or programs, setting timelines and managing teams to deadlines.
• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers and business development partners.
