Human Data Architect

What you'll do

• Architect data workflows from task design through quality assurance and delivery for post-training and evaluation.
• Design scalable data-collection structures and frameworks that translate client needs into data-generation processes.
• Build and monitor data-quality frameworks, and partner with engineering and product teams to improve pipelines.

What they ask for

• Experience designing human data collection at scale, such as in computational cognitive science, HCI, or crowdsourcing research.
• Familiarity with ML post-training paradigms, including SFT and RL, and how data quality affects model outcomes.
• Strong technical skills working across data pipelines.
• Systems-level thinking and excellent communication skills.
