• Find and engage hard-to-reach experts through experimental sourcing channels and persuasive, candid outreach.
• Support candidates through assessment and onboarding, and evaluate sources by the quality of completed work.
• Document effective recruiting methods and, as the function grows, teach them and build a recruiting team.
