Build and improve composite aircraft structures, developing repeatable manufacturing processes alongside engineering.
What you'll do
- Lay up, bag, cure, trim, and finish composite aircraft structures, including complex and bonded assemblies.
- Prototype and validate new techniques, tooling, and process improvements; support material and process qualification.
- Train technicians, improve work instructions, and increase manufacturing repeatability as production scales.
