What you'll do
- Manage the support queue and resolve employee technology issues, including identity, access, and Microsoft 365 problems.
- Administer Microsoft 365 resources and support employee onboarding, offboarding, and hardware lifecycle tasks.
- Document repeatable processes and work with Systems Administration on endpoint management, networking, cloud, security, and automation.
