Maintains Swarm Aero’s IT infrastructure and provides end-user support, managing identity, Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, and office technology.
What you'll do
- Administer identity, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Apple device-management systems; manage onboarding, offboarding, and access.
- Provision, maintain, and troubleshoot user devices, software, accounts, and business applications.
- Improve IT operations through asset tracking, documentation, security practices, and process improvements.

Pay
$120,000 - $160,000 USD base salary; $70K – $120K USD total pay
