The General Counsel advises Sydecar’s executives and shapes compliant products and investment structures while leading legal and compliance work.
What you'll do
- Lead and build the legal and compliance team; advise executives on legal and regulatory changes.
- Handle securities and regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, risk assessments, and outside counsel.
- Shape current and future products and fund structures, maintain legal guidance for stakeholders, and engage with industry groups and policymakers where appropriate.
