Own and evolve Sydecar’s end-to-end product experience, using research and design leadership to simplify regulated private-investing workflows.
What you'll do
- Lead high-impact design initiatives from discovery through delivery, balancing customer needs with regulatory and operational constraints.
- Lead user research and partner with Product, Engineering, and subject-matter experts to shape strategy and validate solutions.
- Evolve design systems and UI foundations, set quality standards, and mentor other designers.
