About the job

Develop and manufacture photolithography-based LEM stamps, improving high-resolution patterning and translating prototypes into scalable semiconductor manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

  • Develop fabrication process flows and tool- and material-specific recipes for high-aspect-ratio structures; manufacture prototype components.
  • Characterize processes through metrology and inspection, analyze experimental data, and improve process quality and capability.
  • Collaborate across teams and with suppliers, and support transfer of developed processes to commercial fabs.

What they ask for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nanotechnology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years combined experience in MEMS/microfabrication, academia or industry.
  • Experience with DWL, MLA, mask aligner, stepper, and EBL; wet etching; photosensitive materials for high-aspect-ratio structures; and semiconductor-grade cleanrooms.
  • Experience in metallisation, lithography, wet etching, and thin film deposition.

Nice to have
