About the job
Establish and lead Syenta’s cleanroom facility, develop and optimize manufacturing processes, and represent its technology in demonstrations and customer meetings.
What you'll do
- Set up facility operations, quality systems, and cleanroom procedures; lead the on-site interdisciplinary team.
- Plan and execute process engineering and R&D projects, analyze experiments, investigate quality issues, and support product development.
- Present and demonstrate the technology to external stakeholders, including customers and collaborators.
