Leads client change management strategies to help law firms and corporate legal departments adopt and scale Syllo.
What you'll do
- Design and execute change strategies, readiness assessments, communication plans, and adoption interventions.
- Advise client stakeholders and partner with Sales, Account Management, and Training on transformation, enablement, and adoption.
- Lead client workshops, training, and executive briefings; improve change management playbooks based on outcomes.
