What you'll do
- Design and maintain a centralized knowledge base and client-facing documentation portal.
- Build automated pipelines to flag outdated documents and draft content, with human verification before publication.
- Improve internal search and bot capabilities, manage gated permissions, and create documentation templates with the Staff Technical Writer.
