What you'll do
- Optimize hybrid lexical and vector search, including indexing and querying performance.
- Build data-tiering strategies and distributed pipelines for large-scale scans of hot, warm, and cold data.
- Set technical direction for the indexing and search ecosystem and ensure resilient, highly available operations.
