What you'll do
- Organize and maintain the documentation library; create guides for internal teams and client personas.
- Document complex product features and multi-stage legal workflows using step-by-step guides, decision trees, and workflow diagrams.
- Answer client product questions and edit release notes to make technical updates clear and client-focused.
