About the job
The Financial Controller owns SynthBee’s accounting operations, controls, compliance, and reporting to build a reliable financial foundation for the company.
What you'll do
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including month- and year-end close, payables, receivables, payroll accounting, and reconciliations.
- Design and maintain internal controls; coordinate tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare financial statements and leadership reporting, manage finance systems and treasury, and partner with FP&A and other teams.

- Deep working knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on ownership of the full accounting close.
- Expertise with modern accounting and ERP platforms and scalable financial systems.
- Experience designing and operating internal controls and managing audits, tax, and regulatory compliance.
