What you'll do
- Manage recruiting across departments and develop scalable hiring strategies, tools, and hiring-manager capabilities.
- Build academic, industry, conference, and employer-brand outreach; manage external recruitment partners and evaluate their performance.
- Track recruiting KPIs, including pipeline diversity, time-to-fill, and source of hire, and use them to improve hiring outcomes.
