Designs HVAC and other mechanical building systems for projects across multiple markets, coordinating with other disciplines and supporting construction administration.
What you'll do
- Develop system layouts, calculations, specifications, narratives, and design documents using CAD/BIM and appropriate software.
- Coordinate designs with internal teams, clients, consultants, and other trades; contribute to QA/QC and project planning.
- Perform field investigations and construction administration, including inspections and processing RFIs, Change Orders, Bulletins, and Addenda.
