Product Manager- Software Products

What you'll do

• Set product scope, requirements, priorities, and release roadmaps across customer-facing applications and embedded terminal software.
• Gather customer feedback and use telemetry, usage data, and success metrics to guide product decisions and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and customer-facing teams to deliver features, support launches, and assess software quality and reliability.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering technically complex software products and working closely with software engineering teams.
• Experience translating customer and technical needs into specifications, user stories, and prioritized backlogs; understanding of integrations and system dependencies.
• Ability to conduct user interviews and use data, feedback, telemetry, and software quality metrics to guide decisions and measure improvements.
• Ability to work in the Sunnyvale office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Hands-on software development or coding experience.
• Experience with embedded software, cloud platforms, networking infrastructure, complex workflows, or B2B SaaS products.

Pay

$160,000-$180,000 USD base salary; bonus, equity, and benefits are also stated without amounts.
