Own complex technical escalations for wireless optical communication products by reproducing field issues, analyzing root causes, and coordinating testing and product improvements.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot Tier 3 issues; reproduce customer problems in lab environments and perform root cause analysis with Engineering.
- Create troubleshooting guides, procedures, and internal support resources.
- Support QA and user acceptance testing across customer environments, and collaborate with Product, Network Operations, and Engineering on improvements.

- Hands-on Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking experience, including diagnosing routing, VLAN, packet-loss, link, and failover issues.
- Understanding of network protocols, topology, and hardware performance, such as STP, BGP, SNMP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, and HTTP or equivalent.
- Ability to work in the Sunnyvale office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with free space optics and/or radio frequency hardware.
