About the job
Supports study participants and manages the setup, operation, documentation, and closeout of data collection sessions.
What you'll do
- Greet, onboard, guide, and assist participants, answering questions and troubleshooting issues during sessions.
- Manage session setup, monitoring, logistics, and closeout while following established protocols.
- Document sessions accurately and coordinate with the data collection team to maintain smooth workflows.
