About the job
Own and improve Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) operations by managing operational processes, interpreting data, and coordinating planning and review activities.
What you'll do
- Own and improve processes for bug tracking, incidents, reliability, and escalations; use operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reports, and communicate findings as clear insights that inform process changes.
- Support planning, project tracking, status and roadmap reviews, retrospectives, and cross-team initiatives.
