What you'll do
- Drive the internal AI-enablement roadmap and work with the team building Aperture by Tailscale.
- Build and evaluate tools, workflows, models, and coding agents; establish safe-use practices and support adoption across teams.
- Measure AI tooling’s impact on engineering velocity and quality and report results to leadership.
