Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract)

What you'll do

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, including research and market mapping, across technical and other functions.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach and coordinate candidate handoffs with Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Use sourcing data and market insights to assess pipeline health and improve sourcing workflows, tools, and practices.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing technical talent and supporting searches across multiple functions.
• Strong research skills, including sourcing methods beyond basic keyword, title, or traditional platform searches.
• Strong candidate communication, organization, analytical, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple searches and evaluate pipeline effectiveness.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing in a highly technical startup or developer tools, infrastructure, networking, security, or cloud environment.
• Experience finding technical candidates through GitHub, open-source or technical communities, or other nontraditional channels.

$65 — $71 CAD (contract pay; base salary or total pay not specified)
