About the job
Owns Takt’s hands-on finance and business operations, including financial processes, planning, reporting, compliance coordination, and revenue analytics as the company grows.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, cash, monthly close, reporting, and related external financial partners.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, and Leadership Team and Board reporting.
- Coordinate business administration and compliance, and partner with Sales on pipeline, bookings, and revenue forecasting.

Nice to have
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS, software, or technology company, or in an early- or growth-stage company.
- Experience with Ramp, Paychex Flex, HubSpot, or comparable platforms; CPA, finance/accounting background, or equivalent experience.
