Leads Taktile’s NORAM Forward Deployed Engineering organization and delivers complex AI and decisioning solutions into production, combining team leadership with hands-on technical work on major customer deployments.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of 15–20 FDEs, managing staffing, capacity, implementation operations, and regional go-live outcomes.
- Scale the FDE delivery model, tooling, and standards in partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Serve as principal FDE and solution architect on complex deployments, including platform configuration and AI-agent training and evaluations.
