Lead Taktile’s legal function as its first dedicated in-house legal leader, advising executives while building the team, processes, and legal strategy for a growing AI decisioning company.
What you'll do
- Develop the legal function and team, including its roadmap, hiring plans, and use of outside counsel.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; advise leadership on business risks, deals, products, and markets.
- Guide regulatory, employment, and data privacy matters across the company’s jurisdictions.
