Leads customer-facing deployments of Taktile’s decision platform, taking AI use cases from scoping through production and translating customer needs into product insights.
What you'll do
- Own technical delivery across multiple deployments, including solution architecture, decision logic, and production AI agents.
- Scope and sequence project work, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, and quality for timely delivery.
- Partner with customers and product management; develop reusable tools and best practices for the forward deployed engineering function.
