Leads Talos’s global finance organization, designing its financial strategy, reporting, systems, controls, and operating cadence as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Own FP&A, including forecasting, budgeting, unit economics, and scenario modeling; advise leadership on financial plans and capital allocation.
- Oversee global accounting, tax, statutory reporting, audit relationships, and scalable controls across multiple regions.
- Modernize finance systems and workflows with AI and automation, and lead a finance team of six plus outsourced partners.
