About the job
Supports Tanium customers by triaging and resolving technical issues, answering questions, and helping maintain customer satisfaction with the Tanium platform.
What you'll do
- Triage customer technical issues, engage with customers, and conduct root cause analysis on live Tanium implementations.
- Assist customers with platform and module upgrades and support cases alongside other TSEs.
- Test Tanium products, document best practices and root causes, and contribute to intern special projects.
