About the job
Works alongside TAR’s founders to deliver projects, solve operational problems, and drive special, hiring, and financing workstreams for its energy infrastructure business.
What you'll do
- Drive project delivery with construction, procurement, and development teams; coordinate deployment and infrastructure tests and remove blockers.
- Own ambiguous special projects end to end, including setting up new functions and handling operational issues.
- Support equity and project financing transactions, hiring, and company culture development.
