What you'll do
- Translate field, customer, and grid-code needs into prioritized PPC/EMS requirements; define acceptance criteria and automated system-level tests.
- Specify and validate device-driver integrations in the test lab, and coordinate project performance testing from FAT through SAT and commissioning.
- Architect SCADA, EMS, and plant-network solutions; define data collection, logging, telemetry, and third-party integration requirements.
What they ask for
- 7+ years in utility-scale solar, BESS, wind, or hybrid plants across SCADA, PPC/EMS, controls, or commissioning.
- Hands-on field experience commissioning plants, running utility performance tests, and debugging on-site failures.

- Experience writing testable requirements and pass/fail criteria and working with software teams on test automation.
