Leads store assets protection operations, including theft and shortage prevention, security and crisis response, and development of hourly team members.
What you'll do
- Lead security, safety, and crisis-response practices; prevent and resolve theft and shortage incidents in accordance with company policy.
- Set team priorities, schedules, and training; coach team members and hold them accountable for performance.
- Partner with store leaders and law enforcement on security plans, investigations, merchandise protection, and shortage-reduction tactics.
