About the job
Leads store assets protection by preventing and investigating theft and shortage, maintaining safety and security, and developing a team of hourly team members.
What you'll do
- Lead security culture, crisis response, safety practices, and in-store security planning.
- Prevent, investigate, and resolve theft and shortage incidents, including apprehensions in accordance with Target policy.
- Lead, train, schedule, and hold team members accountable while partnering with store leaders and law enforcement.
