Leads store asset-protection operations and a team of hourly employees to prevent and investigate theft, reduce shortage, and support safety and guest experience.
What you'll do
- Lead security and crisis response, theft prevention and investigations, and merchandise-protection practices.
- Coach and manage team members, set schedules, and coordinate with store leaders, law enforcement, and other partners.
- Identify shortage and safety risks, implement corrective actions, and support store sales and guest experience.
