Leads store Assets Protection operations and team members to prevent theft and fraud, manage safety and crisis response, reduce shortage, and protect guests, team members, and the brand.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop team members, setting expectations and managing schedules, training, and performance.
- Prevent, investigate, and resolve theft and shortage incidents; implement merchandise protection and security practices.
- Support store safety and emergency response, and partner with store leaders and law enforcement.
