Leads store assets protection by preventing and resolving theft and shortage, supporting safety and crisis response, and developing team members.
What you'll do
- Lead security, safety, and crisis-response practices, including theft investigations and apprehensions in accordance with Target policy.
- Identify shortage risks and trends, coordinate prevention tactics, and support merchandise protection and profitable sales.
- Hire, coach, schedule, and hold team members accountable while communicating assets protection priorities.
