Leads store assets protection by preventing and investigating theft and shortage, managing security and safety responses, and developing an hourly team.
What you'll do
- Lead crisis response, physical security, safety routines, and security planning for in-store events.
- Prevent, investigate, and resolve theft and shortage incidents, including apprehensions in accordance with company policy.
- Coach and manage team members, set schedules, communicate priorities, and partner with store leaders and law enforcement.
