About the job
Leads store asset-protection operations and team members to prevent and resolve theft, reduce shortage, and support safety and security.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the Assets Protection team, communicate priorities, and manage schedules and performance.
- Identify shortage risks and theft trends; prevent, investigate, and resolve theft incidents in accordance with Target policy.
- Support store safety, emergency preparedness, crisis response, and physical security processes.
