Leads store Assets Protection operations and team members to prevent theft and fraud, reduce shortage, and support guest, team, and store safety.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop hourly team members, setting expectations, coaching performance, and supporting staffing and scheduling.
- Identify and resolve theft incidents and investigations, implement shortage-reduction tactics, and manage merchandise protection.
- Lead security, emergency preparedness, and safety processes while partnering with store leaders and law enforcement.
